Do you really know about baby diapers?

"Diapers" must have been known and touched by everyone more or less. The usage rate of diapers has gradually increased in recent years, but do you really know it?In this news, Jiayue will briefly introduce 3 common after-sales problems and solutions for diapers.

I.    Urine leakage

Reasons:  1.  The  absorption  factor  in  the  diaper  is  inadequate,  and  the  absorption  speed  and capacity therefore fail to reach the requirement. 2. Improper Wearing: for both diaper pants and

taped diaper, the waist needs to be pulled up to fit the baby’s body. If the waist doesn’t fit closely, leakage will likely to happen. The left and right side tapes of the taped diapers should be aligned and the anti-leak guard should be unfolded to fit closely to the skin. 3. The diaper is not changed timely, the excessive insult will slow the absorption speed of the diaper and lead to leakage. 4. The anti-leak guard is loose, not tight enough.

Solutions:  1. increase the amount of some absorption factors 2. Correct wearing method 1). The diaper waist should be raised up, 2). The left and right tapes should be aligned to keep the diaper in good fit and prevent urine leakage. 3). The anti-leak guard should be pulled outwards with fingers to fit baby’s leg. 3. Replace them regularly. It is recommended to replace the diaper every 2-4 hours in the daytime. 4. increase the tightness of the anti-leak guard and leg cuff to fit more closely to baby’s skin.

（Note: why is urine leakage more likely to happen in winter? In winter, the temperature is lower. 1. Baby’s urine is more and quick. 2. The low temperature will slow down the absorption speed of the diaper for a few seconds than in summer. 3. The tighter winter pants will give more pressure to the diaper and more likely to give rise to side leakage.）

II.    Red Rash Problem

Reasons:  1. the diaper is not replaced in time after poop, which breeds bacteria and induce red rush. 2. Replacement of diaper is not timely or regular, and the baby’s  skin is therefore long exposed to urine. 3. The baby’s skin temperature is relatively high. 4. The baby's skin is sensitive. 

Solution: 1. Replace the diapers in time after defecation. 2. Replace the diapers more frequently. 3. If the red rash is serious, try different brands of diaper. 4. use wet wipes, if available, and water to clean baby’s bottom skin and make it dry. Sunbathing is also helpful.

III.    Odor problem

Reason: First of all, diapers are composed of layers of non-woven fabrics bonded by a kind of government-certified plant glue that gives odor similar to musk. The odor is absolutely harmless to babies and will disappear gradually after exposing to free air. Secondly, odor from wet indicator glue  is  also  inevitable  so  far. Now  most  diapers  contain  wet  indicator.  The  wet  indicator  is processed by German technology from Henkel, one of the world's top 500 enterprises. Up to date this odor is still unavoidable but is definitely to baby. 

Solution: the existence of odor is normal. However, to get rid of it, you can keep the diaper bag open for a while and the order will disappear.
